Mark is a seasoned Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent/REALTOR, member of many chapters of the Board of Realtors relating to these markets, and Business & Real Estate Investment Coach with one of the nation's premier real estate investment and education firms. Mark has also been a national keynote speaker, has extensive knowledge and can speak to all aspects of the real estate industry.
Mark has been working in real estate related industries for more than 40 years, and has an in-depth knowledge of all occupancy types, specializing in mixed-use ventures.

Mark started in the early 1980s as a carpenter and advanced to Vice President of Construction Operations, before moving to the business development side of the industry, learning how to create long-term relationships, determine accurate project budgets, and negotiate successful deals. It was not long before he advanced to Vice President of Pre-construction Services. Subsequently, He was given an opportunity to work on the real estate owner’s side as a Senior Project Manager for large, commercial mixed-use projects. Within a year, he again advanced to Director of Commercial Mixed-use Properties for all the company’s US-based ventures.

Throughout his career, he has been involved as a minority partner in real estate ventures; in 2008, he began investing personally and part time in residential real estate, now invests heavily in real estate of all types throughout this great country of ours.
​
He devotes 100% of his efforts toward all aspects of the real estate industry, as a passionate entrepreneur building teams around opportunities centered in the real estate and related industries.
